Leadership and Organizational Skills Development Workshop
An annual workshop building leadership, organisational, communication and teamwork skills among young people so they can lead change in their own communities.
The Leadership and Organizational Skills Development Workshop is organized annually by Inspiration for Human Welfare (IHW) at Advance Zaman Centre, Ghonapara, Gopalganj.
The workshop aims to develop leadership, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills among young people, empowering them to become responsible and effective leaders for future generations. Through interactive sessions, discussions, and practical activities, the program encourages youth participation and strengthens their capacity to contribute to positive social change.
The workshop is coordinated by the IHW team and features experienced guests and speakers from diverse fields. Over the years, distinguished speakers have included the late Kazi Mousiur Rahman Sir, Sheikh Mohammad Faykuzzaman Tito Sir, and Sohanur Rahman, Chief Coordinator of YouthNet.
