Food Safety Program
Awareness work with street food vendors, restaurant owners and local sellers on hygiene, safe handling and food-safety standards, run with the DC Office.
The Food Safety Program with the DC Office is an initiative of Inspiration for Human Welfare (IHW) to raise awareness about food safety, hygiene, and healthy food practices.
IHW, in collaboration with the Deputy Commissioner's (DC) Office, conducts discussions and awareness activities with street food vendors, restaurant owners and workers, and local food sellers. The program focuses on food hygiene, safe preparation and handling, cleanliness, food contamination, and maintaining proper standards of food safety.
Through this initiative, IHW encourages food sellers and the community to ensure safe, hygienic, and healthy food practices, and helps promote greater awareness of food safety in the local community.
